To access the Character Attributes see the 'Right-Click' section under help.

There are not really any strict rules to follow here, but I will tell you what I do know.

Other
Stamina, Life, and Mana are a different story. I've seen some weird things here, and I haven't really been able to track down the errors because they are so spontaneous. My suggestion would be that if it looks weird, don't mess with it. At least until I get this bug fixed.
