Current Location: Help - Backups View
The backup view is very similar to the Character view with the exception of having the additional field 'Num.'. 'Num.' is the incrementing number of the backup. The higher the number the more recent. However, this can be misleading. Say you have 30 backups and you delete all but the 29th. Well, the next time you alter and item, assuming that you have 'Auto Backup' turned on, the program will use the number 0001 because it's the first available number. It would be too costly to look for the possible
existence of 9999 files, and compensate for the missing ones. So refer to the date time stamp more than the number field. (Unless you don't delete characters like me.)
